Redwood Restaurant, Quincy, MA

Does anyone know what happened to Redwood Restaurant in Quincy, MA? It used to be a Red Sauce restaurant, and before that, a Naked Fish. I enjoyed both of those previous restaurants, but never even got a chance to try Redwood before they closed down.

The Naked Fish and Red Sauce were run created and run by Joey Crugnale, who started Bertucci's. Redwood I'm not so sure about - when Red Sauce closed down, the sign on the door and their voicemail said the restaurant was being sold. It could have been sold to a new owner, or it could have been re-opened by the same ones.

Based on some quick research I did, it seems like Redwood was run by the same owners, and the reviews were not positive. Some people were saying that Jamie's Pub was planning to buy the location but they were unable to seal the deal in the end.

Chicken Quesadilla Casserole

Marcy's been making this delicious Chicken Quesadilla Casserole - corn tortillas, chicken, salsa, chili peppers, and cheese. Last time we added green salsa, and it was a very good addition!

Golden Yukon Potatoes

We're having steak tonight, and I'm psyched because we're also having golden yukon potatoes! My favorite. I'm also making grilled peppers, onions, and mushrooms.
