All About Tilapia

In researching a tilapia recipe, I came across this interesting page about tilapia:

I knew that they were easy to farm because they can eat algae, but I had no idea that they could survive in salt, brackish, or fresh water. That's amazing. I think I will eat more tilapia because it packs a nutrious punch and is easy to farm, like bananas and soy.
