Pan Cooked Lemon Pepper, Garlic Dill Marinated Flounder

Marinate flounder filets in a dash of garlic, dill, virgin olive oil, lemon juice, and lemon pepper spice. In a 10"+ pan, melt butter, add dill, tiny bit of freshly chopped garlic, and bring to a simmer. Add flouder filets and cook for 8−10 minutes.
